San Bernardino Unified School District partnered with Cenergistic® to implement a district-wide sustainability program to eliminate energy waste, lower utility bills and give funding back to student achievement.
San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) partnered with Cenergistic in May 2012 to implement a five-year sustainability program that achieved $20M in utility savings. Building off the program’s success, the district renewed its partnership with Cenergistic in 2017 for an additional five-year term. Since the renewal, SBCUSD has continued to reduce energy consumption, yielding $35 million total cost savings.
