John serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer of Cenergistic, spearheading efforts to promote  sustainability across all markets and expand the company’s footprint into Health Care and Higher Education. John has 30 years of experience in energy efficiency, conservation and optimization and has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1986.

Prior to joining Cenergistic in 1995, John worked eight years for a Fortune 150 oil and gas company in a variety of financial and accounting capacities, including development and administration of budgeting and income projections for the Exploration and Production Division. Before that, he had stints with Ernst & Young and Southwestern Bell Telephone.

John is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Public Accountants. He holds an MBA — of which he graduated magna cum laude — from Oklahoma City University. He earned two Bachelor’s Degrees — one in Accounting (summa cum laude) from the University of Central Oklahoma and another in Music (cum laude) from Oklahoma Baptist University.
