Ryann serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Cenergistic, leading the company’s people strategy and partnering with employees at all levels to support organizational effectiveness and growth.

Ryann is a strategic Human Resources leader with more than 15 years of experience supporting global, multi-site organizations across talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, and organizational development. She is known for building scalable, people-centered HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive engagement, performance, and growth.

Prior to Cenergistic, she most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources for Performance Beauty Group, where she led HR operations across multiple countries and supported a private-equity-backed portfolio through rapid growth and acquisitions. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with executive leadership to implement modern HR systems, strengthen performance and feedback cultures, optimize benefits programs, and develop high-performing teams.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tarleton State University and is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Ryann brings a pragmatic, collaborative approach to HR leadership with a strong focus on enabling organizational success through people.
