Michelle Miller
Michelle Miller is Chief Revenue Officer at Cenergistic, where she is responsible for unifying, accelerating, and scaling the company’s revenue engine across Higher Education, Healthcare, K-12, and Commercial & Industrial markets. In this role, Michelle oversees sales, market consultants, vertical development, marketing, and revenue operations, with a mandate to drive predictable, profitable growth while modernizing Cenergistic’s go-to-market model and strengthening accountability across the customer lifecycle.
With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, Michelle is a proven growth architect known for building disciplined, high-performance revenue organizations in complex, distributed environments. Prior to joining Cenergistic, she spent nearly three decades at Verizon, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Market President, where she led a multistate organization spanning nine states, more than 5,000 employees, and over $10 billion in annual service revenue. Under her leadership, the business delivered industry-leading year-over-year growth, ranking #1 nationally while improving operational rigor, compliance, and customer experience at scale.
Throughout her career, Michelle has been recognized for translating strategy into execution by building operating discipline, improving performance visibility, and strengthening execution across large, distributed organizations. Her experience spans leading complex field sales and service environments, developing scalable operating models, aligning incentives and behaviors, and driving consistent results across multistate markets and long, multi-touch customer journeys. Her leadership blends data-informed decision-making with a strong people-first philosophy, enabling organizations to grow at scale while maintaining culture, integrity, and customer trust.
Michelle holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado Boulder. She serves on the board of Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas. She has been recognized by leading Dallas business institutions for her impact and leadership, including being named a Dallas 500 Honoree and a D CEO “Executive You Need to Know.”
