Justin Courtney is the Chairman of the Board and Interim CEO. Prior to Cenergistic, he was at Priority Power as the Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer and before that their Chief Financial Officer. Justin led the company’s recapitalization with Ara Partners in February 2019. He was responsible for coordinating the strategy and growth objectives for Priority, including M&A and capital initiatives. Mr. Courtney brings to Cenergistic 25 years of relevant experience with a focus on the energy sector.  Previously, he was Managing Director at Stephens Inc., where he completed 25 transactions across the deregulated power and natural gas landscape. He also served on the Industrials Mergers & Acquisitions team at Bank of America Securities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, where he was recognized as a Top Ten Freshman, Top Ten Senior, and Outstanding Senior for the Spears School of Business. Mr. Courtney was recently recognized as a Spears School Tribute, recognizing 100 outstanding graduates over the past 100 years.
