With a Human Resource career spanning 20+ years, Elaine has experience in Energy, Real Estate, Hospitality, Big Tech and Retail operations. Her talents cover many Human Resources aspects, including Strategic Business Partnership, Mergers & Acquisitions, Talent Acquisition and Compensation.

Elaine earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. She has SPHR — Senior Professional in Human Resources — and SHRM-SCP — Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certification Professional — certifications.
