Piper Ezzell currently serves as a Regional Vice President of Client Development at Cenergistic, where she leads efforts to start new partnerships and help organizations realize energy savings. With more than 15 years of experience in the energy conservation industry, she is a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional and brings deep expertise in energy program development and client engagement.

Since joining Cenergistic in 2009, Piper has held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Operations, where she oversaw the implementation of energy programs across the country. She has established proven protocols that reduce time to energy savings, accelerating results and strengthening client trust.

Piper is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Green and Sustainable Management from Liberty University. Prior to her career in energy management, she spent over a decade in the property acquisition and development industry, focusing on project management and investor relations. Known for being process-driven and people-focused, Piper is deeply committed to building strong customer relationships and fostering lasting partnerships that deliver measurable value.
