Anton Samoilik serves as Vice President of Product Development at Cenergistic, where he leads software development teams and supports the company’s AI transformation initiatives. In his role, he works to deliver business value through thoughtful technology adoption while helping build team capabilities.

Before joining Cenergistic, Anton spent 15 years in software development across various company types and business models. He served as Delivery Manager at EPAM Systems and VP of Software Development at BILT Incorporated. This diverse background has provided him with experience in both service-oriented and product-focused development environments.

Anton focuses on experimentation and learning when implementing new technologies. He works to build trust through consistent delivery and aims to communicate between technical and business teams effectively. His approach emphasizes stable technology foundations while introducing innovations that support business objectives carefully.

Mr. Samoilik earned his Master’s degree in IT and Cybersecurity from Belarusian State University, bringing an international perspective to his leadership approach and technical decision-making. He is also an ISPMA Certified Software Product Manager.
