Kelli serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Cenergistic, where she oversees internal operations, company-wide communications, corporate events, and the data and reporting systems that support the business. With fourteen years of experience in operational energy conservation, she brings a strong blend of organizational discipline and business insight to keeping teams aligned and programs running efficiently.

Prior to joining Cenergistic in 2011, Kelli spent eight years as an Account Manager at a full-service advertising agency specializing in recruitment advertising, employer branding, and marketing. That background in client service and strategic communication continues to shape how she connects people, priorities, and processes across the organization.

Kelli holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
