As energy costs skyrocket and temperatures rise, no one feels the heat more than school districts across the U.S. — but Fort Worth ISD has a solution in place. The district has cut energy use by 26 percent, and recently received US. Department of Energy recognition.

This week, a group of Caddo schools was recognized with energy conservation awards presented by Cenergistic.

HIGH POINT, NC — Through an innovative energy conservation program, High Point University has significantly cut energy use, saving more than $5 million in less than five years.

EDEN, NC — Faculty and staff with Rockingham County Schools have earned top grades for conserving energy from a national leader in conservation strategy for schools.

Cenergistic is honored to announce it has received the 2022 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year – Sustained Excellence Award, the highest level of recognition from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy.

Thanks to a new partnership with Cenergistic, four new organizations will have the technology and resources they need to optimize their energy use so they can spend the savings on the things that matter most.
