Tim serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Cenergistic. He is a 30+ year marketing veteran with global marketing expertise that spans virtually all business segments for some of the world’s largest brands. Tim has led the evolution of go-to-market strategies to manage rapidly-changing buying attitudes with emphasis on positioning, branding, messaging, product platforms, innovation, product platform, strategic brand acquisition and has delivered 100+ keynote speeches delivering these insights.
Before joining Cenergistic, Tim served in Chief Marketing Officer and executive management roles for companies, including: IBM Watson Marketing, Mattress Firm, Simmons, and has worked with companies around the world in helping solve their marketing issues including: Amazon, Keurig, McDonalds, TJX, Aeroflot, Fit Bit, Santander, Kellogg’s, Lenovo, multiple municipal governments and Toyota among many others.
At IBM Tim served as Worldwide Chief Marketing Strategist for IBM Watson Marketing, driving their enterprise SaaS software solutions. He was inducted into the IBM Industry Academy as the leader and spokesman for the IBM marketing platforms. Tim holds a certificate from IBM in Quantum Computing and Marketing Platforms. Additionally, Tim holds a BS in Advertising and BS in Marketing from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
Tim is an avid outdoorsman having climbed four of the seven summits and is pursuing a Black belt in Taekwondo.
